“Brain Freeeeze”

It all started by how I got dressed this one cold night. My wife Alexis and I had plans to go to a local coffee shop in the city and read. I came out ready to go and per usual, Alexis is STILL trying to decide what outfit to wear haha. She looks over at me and says “Oh we are going that dressed up? I need help now.” I chuckled and said “I am not dressed up, i’m in Vans, don’t let the jacket fool you.” Within seconds, we were styling each other and the night went from plans to read to a film inspired shoot all shot on flash. It was 32°F (which is freezing temperatures here in the U.S) and 10:30 pm at night. We were just living in the moment and enjoying each others time together. There definitly was no reading that night but what we ended up with were some fun memories. A collection of spontaneity. So moral of the story, don’t be afraid of a change of plan. You never know what that change could lead to. After all, life is a gift. Start seizing each day instead of each day seizing you.
